About DEKA STRONG
DEKA STRONG is a standardized fitness test involving 10 functional fitness zones with no running between zones. DEKA STRONG events are hosted by 300+ DEKA affiliate gyms around the world.
The zones include movements like lunges, box overs, med ball situps, farmer's carry, tank push/pull, and burpees, alongside machine work on the row erg, ski erg, and assault bike. Learn more about all 10 DEKA zones.
Most DEKA STRONG events also offer variations for teams of two (MM, FF, MF).
Average finish times are in the range of 12-25 minutes.
