HYROX POLAND continues the 2024/2025 season with a return to Katowice – following a highly-successful event in 2024, the fitness race is back to the Silesia region in Southern Poland.
The growing popularity of Hyrox in Poland means that our return to the congress hall in Katowice will be for a two-day event, with around 4,000 athletes expected to take part in the largest-ever race to be hosted in Eastern Europe.
Make this a weekend to remember and explore the region by exploring Katowice or making a trip to historical Krakow after your race. The heart of the Silesia region will once again host athletes not only from Poland but from all over the world – this is facilitated by the availability of two airports: one in Katowice and the other one in Krakow.

HYROX is a global fitness race for everybody, where each event follows the exact same race format, allowing for a comparable global leaderboard for all athletes. The race format starts with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times. With all global races taking place in large indoor venues, a unique stadium-like atmosphere with an incomparable race experience is created for all athletes.
The stations include movements like sled push & pull, burpee broad jumps, farmer's carry, walking lunges, and wall balls, alongside machine work on the row erg & ski erg.
